The general conditions described in this text form the basis of the agreement between you as a customer and us at NOBH (HK) Co. Ltd. Here, your and our rights and obligations towards each other are regulated. The terms apply to you as a consumer. 1. Who is who?

1.1 When in these terms and conditions we use; (a) “we”, “us”, or “our/our/our”, we mean the brand name NOBH (HK) Co.Ltd. and its group of companies operating under the NOBH brands. (b) “you”, “you” or “your/your/yours” we mean you, i.e. our customer.

1.2 You must be of legal age to enter into this agreement. NOBH also does not recognize agreements where minors have signed agreements with the guardian's consent.

2. Your Agreement

2.1 Your agreement with us for us to provide services / products is hereinafter referred to as the "agreement".

2.2 The agreement is personal to you and applies only to you. This means that you are responsible for following the agreement and that you may not transfer any rights or obligations under the agreement to anyone else without special written permission from us. This also applies if you were to give the received product(s) to someone else.

2.3 The agreement consists of: (i) the agreement form with your personal data (“Subscription Agreement”) (ii) subscription-specific terms that regulate what specifically applies to a particular subscription (iii) provisions contained in other documents to which we refer in these general conditions, e.g. price lists; current price lists are available on our website www.nobh.world (iv) general terms and conditions (this text) If there are mutual contradictions in the above terms, in the first place, (v) in the second place, etc. apply. If additional agreements exist, i.e. anything other than what is stated in the above conditions is agreed, the supplementary agreement applies in the first place.

3. Validity period of the agreement

3.1 The agreement is not binding on you after your first order. As a customer at NOBH, you can choose when you want to shop or not.

4. Payment

4.1 You must pay all invoices, reminder fees and similar charges. You must pay for the use of services, e.g. any shipping charged to you and any purchases made through our website or other items purchased in connection with your subscription. If you believe that the costs, we have charged you are incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible.

4.2 Any taxes, e.g. VAT, must be paid by you and added to the invoice.

5. Discounts

5.1 Through the customer care program, you as a customer can receive a discount of up to 80%

5.2 After you have registered as a customer and made a purchase on any product, you are considered an active customer at NOBH. And if in the same month you invite several others who have also registered and made their purchase on any product with us (active customer), then you will receive a discount with your next purchase the following month. The amount of discounts depends on how many new active customers you invite in one and the same month.

6. Adjustments to the agreement and to prices

6.1 We may need to make changes to the Agreement and the Services. In the event of major changes, we will inform you of what they mean and from which date they apply. We reserve the right to, in the event of major fluctuations in the world market price of our products. In case of such changes, we will inform you about it

7. What you must do

7.1 You may use the product only: (i) in accordance with user instructions provided to you by us; and (ii) for your own personal use, i.e. you may not resell or similarly use the products commercially.

7.2 You must co-operate with us to ensure your safety and ours and you must follow reasonable instructions from us regarding the use of the Products.

8. Processing of your personal data

8.1 We will continuously need to process information about you and how you use your subscription. We will use such personal data for the following purposes: (i) To create and maintain subscription and billing information and to obtain credit reports. (ii) Administration of the additional services and/or products that you requested. For example, we must; (a) process information about the payment method you choose on various purchase occasions. Information about credit card numbers and the like will be processed encrypted. (b) Marketing of own and others' goods and services. We may also process information about how you use the services or information you provide us about your interests, habits, etc. to tailor services and offers. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to us sending you direct mail, including through automated means communication system, e.g. e-mail and SMS. You have the right to say no to your data being used for direct marketing, and you may also withdraw a previous consent. (iii) To be able to fulfill our obligations under law or authority decision and to prevent use that is illegal or otherwise contrary to the agreement. (iv) To improve our service, we may record your calls when you call our customer service. For the purposes above, we may need to pass on your data, both within and outside Asia, to other companies in our group, subcontractors, and payment intermediaries, as well as to authorities. You have the right to receive information about the processing of your personal data and request to have any incorrect information corrected. By entering into this agreement, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described above. If you want to say no to certain handling of your personal data or have other questions, please contact our customer service.

9. Right of withdrawal

9.1 We apply and comply with distance agreements and agreements outside business premises.

9.2 Right of withdrawal: You as a consumer, according to law, have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the item and without any particular reason from the time you received the item. If you regret your purchase, use the canceled purchase template that you can find on the Consumer Agency's website.

9.3 The product must be in unaltered condition, i.e. unused, not damaged or destroyed.

9.4 You are responsible for the return shipping when invoking the Right of Cancellation. (i) If you choose to cancel your order, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned products

9.5 According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, however, the Right of Withdrawal does not apply, if: (i) If goods or products are used. (ii) If packages are opened. (iii) If NOBH receives the return of the products later than 14 days after invoking the right of withdrawal.

9.6 When you are invoking the Right of Cancellation, we want the following to be considered: (i) Notify our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the order or a substantial part of it. (ii) Customer service will send you a return shipping slip with the shipping cost prepaid by NOBH, which you must use when you hand in the package to the post office or equivalent. (iii) We will not redeem parcels against cash on delivery. (iv) Return the product in the product box with the intended inner packaging. (v) The item must be complete. i reserves the right, in cases where the return is not complete, the right od withdrawal does not apply.

10. Warranty and right of complaint


10.1 If problems arise with your products, you must contact customer service for a possible return or exchange for a new product. No later than 7 days after purchase

11. Delivery damage

11.1 We inspect each shipment before it is sent to you, should the item still be damaged or shipped incorrectly when it arrives, we undertake to remedy the error.

11.2 Keep in mind that it is important that you make a correct report. (i) In the event of a visible fault, the damage is reported immediately upon receipt of the item to the distributor, Post office or your delivery point. (ii) In the event of a hidden fault, the damage is reported to our Customer Service within 3 days of receipt. (iii) We will exchange a product that we have found to be wrongly shipped or damaged, free of charge for you. (iv) We investigate all products we receive in return. If, after an examination of the product, it appears that you are the one who caused the error, then we will not replace the product.

12. Delivery conditions

12.1 Deliveries that we have sent to you as a customer, but which have not been picked up and/or returned to NOBH are stored at NOBH for a maximum of 6 months (in the meantime you can have the goods sent to you for a delivery cost), after which the goods are discarded. You as a customer cannot then have them sent again, nor receive replacement goods or money back.

13. Limitation of our liability

13.1 We are not responsible for defects in the goods or services due to mishandling, carelessness, failure to read manuals, regulations or other information issued by us or other negligence on your part.

13.2 We are not responsible for inconvenience, damage or loss caused by mis-shipped, non-appearance or delayed delivery, if the error or delay is due to something beyond our control or could have foreseen.

13.3 If the delivery of the products and/or services did not work satisfactorily there because we had to carry out a technical, maintenance or operational measure as a result of something beyond our control or could have foreseen, we are not obliged to compensate for any damages. We must carry out such measures quickly and smoothly so that disruptions are limited.

13.4 We are not responsible for indirect damage, e.g. lost profit, reduced production or turnover, obstacles to fulfilling obligations towards third parties or loss of benefit from agreements. Compensation only becomes relevant if we, or someone for whom we are responsible, caused the damage through negligence.

13.5 Claims for damages must be made no later than two years after the damage was discovered or should have been discovered. It makes it easier for both you and us if claims for damages are made in writing.

13.6 If we cannot fulfill an obligation to you due to circumstances beyond our control or could have foreseen, we are exempt from damages and other penalties. Such circumstances include, among other things, lightning, fire, government regulation or other public regulation, widespread labor conflict and a general lack of transport, goods, or energy. Corresponding limitation of liability, so-called force majeure, also applies to you vis-à-vis us. (14.7) The above provisions on limitation of liability apply even after the agreement has ended.

14. Notices

14.1 You can receive messages from us via mobile phone, telephone, SMS, MMS, e-mail, or letter. We will then use the contact details that you have given us. If your details change, e.g. if you change your address, e-mail address or name, it is therefore important that you notify us immediately.

15. Other provisions

15.1 The heading in this agreement is only to make the text easy to read and has no legal significance of the agreement.

15.2 If you and we disagree as to how the Agreement should be interpreted or applied and we cannot otherwise agree, the dispute shall be settled by a court in Hong Kong under Hong Kong law.

15.3 We have the right to assign our rights and obligations under this agreement to others business.

16. Total satisfaction

We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unlikely to be satisfied, please contact your reseller. If you are still not satisfied, please contact customer service at: customer.support@nobh.world. In accordance with our goal of customer satisfaction, we process all customer inquiries within 48 hours and try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
